Effective February 27, 2010, the final consolidation of the Federal Reserve check-processing regions will occur, resulting in a single check processing region in the United States. As a result of this change, all deposited checks will be considered local and there will no longer be any checks that are nonlocal for purposes of Regulation CC and Fort Worth Telco Credit Union’s funds availability policy.
